Rent a house in Tirana, with garden

my husband, my and our dog will move to Tirana.

- Which area is the best, quite for living?

- We are looking for a house with garden.

- How much is the monthly rental fee for a 3-4 bed room house with garden?

Hello there,

I think the best area is near lake or close to the American Embassy, it is very residential, quite and close to the center of the city. This is where I live.

I think the house with a garden could cost around two per month but I am not sure since I live in the appartment. When you get here u can check with the local state agency and they can offer you the best and the most affordable for you.

There is quite a selection of newly constructed villas on the outskirts of Tirana. Renting a villa with it%26#39;sown garden in the city could be difficult as it is becoming more built up. It also is not very quiet. Near the American Embassy is a good location as is the entire area extending from the Embassy to the southeast along the foothills. Once you get out there, though, walking into the city becomes a little more difficult.

Prices are very dependent on location. In town, expect from 1,500 Euros and up. Farther out is is less.
