airport transfers

I want to visit Tirana this summer but am always concerned when travelling to new places about the transfer from airport to city. I understand Tirana as no rail or coach transfers and one as to take taxis who are inclined to rip off foringners( in my experience most taxi drivers do this ) Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this

well you should always ask the taxi drivers before u get the taxi as later on they might demand more money, but i dont think it should be any prob i just got back from there, it is around 20euros, good look and enjoy your trip, nedi
