over the years i have visited Croatia and more recently Montenegro, but none of these countries are as beautiful or as unspoiled as albania, and as i approach my retirement it is my dream to buy a small village house somewhere on the albanian riviera, ie himare/qeparo/vuno/dhermi etc, is there anybody out there who knows of such a property for sale or could give me any advice i would be forever in your debt kind regards lofgren

the posts are in Albanian, but you can put an ad under %26quot;buy%26quot; category %26quot;kerkoj te blej%26quot;, and people might respond. If you manage to go to Dhermi, there is a real estate agency handling properties, but unfortunately I don%26#39;t have their contacts.

I would recommend this website who seems to have a good selection of properties: www.albania-properties.co.uk and hopefully they will be able to find you something also. I did rent an apartment for two weeks in Saranda through them. Very friendly Albanian agent and speaking perfect English. Good luck, George
