asking for sleeping place

Hello there, I am going with 3 other bikers to Albania from holland for two weeks. We go there becourse you can drive on dirtroads everywhere and see the mountains in north and south Albania. We take the short cut everywhere so we will have to get a sleeping place in small vilages. Where do you start asking? the cafe? are there sheelds and if so what does it say.

Is the road through the Lura lakes really that bad or can we do it with our KTM%26#39;s? that are kind of Paris-dakkar bikes.

There%26#39;s no place in Albania you can%26#39;t get to with a KTM and a little persistence. There are very few places other than hotels that advertise rooms for rent. Along the coast there are some homes with a sign, but it%26#39;s rare in the mountains. Most villages will have a cafe bar where you can ask.
