Montenegro to Albania by bus?

I am hoping to travel by bus from Montenegro to Albania in June. Is there anything to the rumour that there is no bus connecting the two countries? I%26#39;d be grateful for any recommendations. Many thanks.

There are regular buses from Ulcinj to Shkodra during the summer season so you should be fine in June.
