Power of attorney for leased and company cars?

We%26#39;re from Romania and we%26#39;re planning to travel around Albania this summer. Do we need a power of attorney translated into Albanian and notarized for leased and company cars, leaving the EU space?

I don%26#39;t think it is mandatory, but it might not be a bad idea. I loan my car to friends here and always provide them a notarized permission to operate the vehicle, especially when they leave the country. Border crossings are the only place where the police routinely check car papers. As long as you have some paperwork that shows you are an authorized operator, in any language, you should be OK. The police here are fairly respectful of foreigners and don%26#39;t hassle them needlessly.
